I believe that everyone has the capacity to lead. I work with individuals to explore who they are as a leader and how they can expand this capacity authentically, with impact. This work is achieved through coaching or leadership development programs.

I help teams grow their capacity for complexity and thrive in uncertainty. I help them have the conversations they need to have and make faster, smarter decisions.
I help teams create  high quality collaboration, and contribute to their own and others learning and wellbeing.

Supporting participants to gain insight and create their own learning in important, relevant areas through stimulating material, challenging questions, engaging conversation and creative session design.

 Industry involvement has included professional services, manufacturing, mining, health, investment, NFP and more.

I have worked with C-Suite leaders, business owners, lawyers, professors, logistics specialists, marketers through to human resource professionals, all with unique scenarios demanding the bespoke applications.
